Mom
Mom,
Thank you for all of the wisdom and guidance you have given me over the years to become a mom. I really appreciate all of the strength that you have to handle all of us children and all of these grandchildren. I am very fortuante to have my parents and have them be loving and supportive. The kiddos love you guys very much, and I am so thankful you have so much love for them and for all that you do for them.
Thank you for having coffee with me the other day and sharing your time with me. I had so much fun and I was so happy that you are my mom.
I love you mom and I aspire to be a loving caring mother, just like you,
Love,
KC

Today is your day!
Mommers,
I have observed in you qualities that all mothers should strive to attain. I've watched you smile and sing. I've watched you laugh and cry. I've seen you pray and play with your grandchildren. I've seen you joyful, I've seen you sad. I've watched while you quietly gave everything you had to your children, to the point where you were in need yourself, but you never asked for anything in return. You offer advice, companionship, hugs, wisdom, and hands waving over ears. You love to play games and just sit and talk. I've watched you cook, and clean. I've watched you dress the wounds of your grandchildren. I've seen your joy with each of their new accomplishments, no matter how small. One thing I have never, ever seen in you as long as I've known you is any hint of selfishness. You always, without fail, put everyone else's needs above your own. You are the epitome of what a Godly mother should strive to be. That I think, more than anything else, is what defines you. You are an amazing mother. Happy mothers day!
Matt

Happy Mother's Day Mom!!!!!!!!
Some special Mother memories:
Water fights upon the lawn
Eating Smores beneath the stars
Long back scratches on the bed
Nummy Love cookies just because
Birthday parties every year
with candles, cakes and special meals
Fun conglomerations of
music for our family trips
Cheerios late at night
Friends always a welcome sight
Summer picnics in the backyard
After we all had worked so hard
as a team to clean it up
and get it ready
Hugs after school
New clothes to wear
Bringing milk money
through the rain
Joyful Notes
Vacation Bible School
Feeding strangers
LOTS of smiles
Awesome weekend visits
with games and mochas,
snacks, and coffee cake
so much fun makes your heart ache...
to say goodbye, which we can never do! :)
Honoring Mom for all she's done
Rising up, calling her blessed!
Shouting "She's the one!!"

Happy Mommy's Day!
Wow, what can I say? I am so thankful to be part of the Randall family (:
Since day one, I felt loved and accepted as a daughter, and I have enjoyed every moment...except for the moments when we have to say goodbye. I love all the hugs and snuggles, the laughter and the bickering (; the conversations and pinochle. But I think my favorite part is getting to share in the atmosphere of tender love and delight in each other that you cultivated all the years that you've been "Mommy." There is always one thing I know for sure when I come home, that there's a fountain of love waiting to embrace me on the other side of the arrival gate...you may have seen her: tall, blond (naturally of course!), looks so innocent, and is irresistable to hug! That's mom!
I am the luckiest person in the world to have you as a mom!
love you,
Krissy

#1 Mom
Mom - There are not enough words to describe how wonderful you are! You hugged if even from a distance. Your arms stretched the pew in church so we all could feel your love. You never let us leave without a final goodbye because "it's tradition" we always wave from the car. I love the fact that when we quote movies everyone jumps in, and we can laugh until our sides hurt. There are numerous memories of picnics, fishing, cold chicken and potato chips, and swimming in a lake that I would never dream of swimming in now. Canasta games where we played using M & M's, quarters, pennies, dimes, or anything else we could find as buys. Who can forget Joyful Notes and the trips we made in the "lovely" church van. You loved us all even when they weren't officially in your family. How we laughed as the hub caps fell off and rolled away as we bounced over the railroad tracks. How about the visit you and Jaime made to my dorm room where we laughed at the way we laughed which made us laugh more. How fun it is to laugh with you. What about all the trips to Grandma's house. The singing of "Battle of New Orleans", or "we're on vacation so we are only eating twice". How about the car that loved going to Denny's? Do you remember how we would tell our car that it's ok as we passed a Denny's but did not stop. All these memories, all the fun, all the happiness that you have brought to us by just being Mom. Now as an adult, you are there for me still. You laugh with me, spend time with me, and love me. You continue to cuddle, hug, kiss, and love. Now the game is Pinochle, and the M & M's are for eating. I love you Mom!! Thank you for everything you have done and still do!! You are an example of how I want to be for my children now.

Happy Mother's Day
A mothering champion. A caring soul. A fill you up, never let you down patrol. Stay as long as you like; even let yourself out, but never ever say shut up in my house. 100 things counted and put back into place to I'm going to get you and kiss your whole face. Back scratches, card games, hot banana bread, pants hanging in doorways and knocking my head. "Are you sure you have enough blankets?" making eskimos sweat. Red, white and blue decor and little regret. Singing, camping, smores and snacks smuggled into movies with Mary Poppins' napsack. "Oh my goodness, oh my goodness" night sessions abound and trademarked belly laughter that never makes sound.
Smiles and fun, listening, charm. Holding back nothing with snuggling arms.
Antler hands bowing a sappy goodbye after giving me five hugs just to survive.
